Before contacting our support team, we have put together some frequently asked questions for you to try and assist you with any inquiries you might have.

Cancellations can be made until 24 hours after the order was placed, please contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media.

Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support through WhatsApp.

If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping is a complimentary service inside the Dominican Republic included with your order. Local orders (Santo Domingo) will be delivered in 1-5 business days after dispatch. National orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to the United States has a US$50 flat rate. Shipping to other countries is till not available.

We do not offer cash on delivery.

 All orders will be shipped out within 5-10 business days after the order has been processed and if the item on stock. If you need it sooner, please contact us by email, WhatsApp, or social media.

All pre-ordered, back-ordered, out of stock, and custom pieces are made-to-order and take an additional 2-4 weeks to make.

Returns and refunds are not available, but please contact us if you encounter any issue.

Personalized jewelry is not exchangeable due to the nature of the piece.

Exchanges of new, unused, unaltered merchandise, with proof of purchase, are allowed within 5 days of purchase, all items must be returned unworn with no signs of wear or damage and in the original condition and packaging.

Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Gonz Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as damaged or lost items.

All our solid gold pieces have a life-time warranty. To claim this warranty please reach out to info@gonzjewelry.com or WhatsApp with proof of purchase or invoice, the certificate included with the piece, and pictures of the faulty piece. Warranty does not cover scratches from daily wear or breakage due to misuse.

Our sterling silver, argentium silver, brass and gold-filled based items come with a 6-month warranty. If your jewelry becomes faulty within this time, please reach out to info@gonzjewelry.com or WhatsApp with your proof of purchase or invoice, and pictures of the faulty piece. Warranty does not cover plating wear, scratches from daily use or breakage due to misuse.
