SHIPPING

Shipping is a complimentary service included with your order. Local orders (Santo Domingo) will be delivered in 1-3 business days after being shipped. National orders (Rest of Dominican Republic) will be delivered in 5-7 business days after dispatch.

We are currently offering shipping outside the Dominican Republic only to the United States. We will update you through social media when we expand our shipping services.

• All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.
• Orders placed within the Dominican Republic: Thursday – Monday before 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Tuesdays.
  Orders placed within the Dominican Republic:  Tuesday – Wednesday after 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Thursdays.
• International orders placed Monday -Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day.
  International orders placed Friday after 12pm EST through the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday.
• GONZ JEWELRY does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday delivery unless this has been requested and approved prior to purchase. There may be exceptions to our discretion, please contact us at shop@gonzjewelry.com for information.

PROCESSING TIME/CUSTOM ORDERS

• All pre-ordered, back-ordered, out of stock, and custom pieces are made-to-order and take an additional 2-4 weeks to make.
• Please note we cannot guarantee stock on all items. If you need something by a specific date or urgently, please contact us at info@gonzjewelry.com first. We are happy to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

• For all orders shipping outside of the Dominican Republic: Recipient is responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred, if any and according to the recipient’s country of delivery.
• All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
• All purchases must be paid for in U.S. dollars at the prices shown on our website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are not available, but please contact us if you encounter any issue.

Exchanges of new, unused, unaltered merchandise, with proof of purchase, are allowed within 5 days of purchase. Store credit is valid for 30 days. Merchandise must come on it's original packaging, unworn. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

EXCHANGES

Personalized jewelry is not exchangeable due to the nature of the piece.

Exchanges of new, unused, unaltered merchandise, with proof of purchase, are allowed within 5 days of purchase, all items must be returned unworn with no signs of wear or damage and in the original condition and packaging.

Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Gonz Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as damaged or lost items.
